Ander  is the twin-brother of Alex and perhaps the smoothest-talking of the junior Outrunners. He is a touch more reserved than his brother, managing to talk himself out of more trouble than into it, but his irresistible love of women (of all shapes, sizes, and colors) makes up the balance. Ander shares his brother’s pride in family and will do anything to defend or protect the honor of his friends.
